Like finally I have received something after LONG investigation.

No explanation given. Or rather it's the bus captain's fault, he was counselled on the procedure (I hope so). A small tiny lil compensation for me.

As in the email from their assistant vice president,

"As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to send you a complimentary ticket that will entitle you to one free ride on any SBS Transit service."

Only ONE free ride. HAHAHAHAHA! Imagine I take from home to MRT station. That's the most they can give me. OMG.
